Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the trip without any cancellation charges. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the trip, 10% of the total fare will be charged.
Additional charges may include tolls, parking fees, permits, and driver allowances for outstation trips. These will be added to the final bill at the time of travel.
If your flight or train is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will adjust your booking accordingly. We strive to accommodate changes in your travel schedule.

Terms and Conditions
A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested vehicle is unavailable. Full payment is required before the start of the journey, and no journey will begin until payment is received.
Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, or UPI. The fare quoted during booking is based on the information provided by the customer, including route and vehicle choice. Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, permits, or any unforeseen expenses will be billed separately. Outstation trips will incur a driver allowance, which must be paid directly to the driver.
Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the scheduled journey will not incur any charges. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the journey, 10% of the total fare will be charged. If a customer fails to show up at the pickup location without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.
Any changes to your booking must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee the availability of vehicles or drivers. Last-minute changes may result in additional charges.
We aim to provide the vehicle selected by the customer, but in rare cases where the chosen vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge. In case of breakdown or mechanical issues, we will arrange for an alternative vehicle at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all passengers comply with local laws, including wearing seat belts. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Planetkera Cab Service will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items during the journey. In the case of damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or passengers, repair costs will be billed to the customer.
Planetkera Cab Service is not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather, traffic, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any personal injury or damage to property during the journey, except in cases of proven negligence by our drivers.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for communication and service delivery purposes. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
